In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out analyses and visualizing complex issues in the web or app area. Do you already have several years of experience in the areas of web, app or data analytics, enjoy working in an interface function and are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated environment? THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Conducting analyses and preparation of visualizations for our web or app domain
- Conceptualizing, creating, and ongoing maintenance of recurring reports for our digital touchpoints, services, and products
- Help in further developing of our Digital Analytics Framework.
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving the user experience and performance of our various digital services
- Research and analysis of new tools for our analytics landscape, as well as assistance in the selection and implementation process
- Continuous monitoring and, if necessary, initiation of measures for quality assurance of our tracking setup across all relevant domains
- Close coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders and our technical implementation partners, especially in the area of tracking and tag management
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the areas of web, app or data analytics
- Experience in working with Google Analytics or similar applications
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence & Reporting Tools
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/Big Query of advantage
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and ability to develop individual solutions
- Very good communication, presentation and cooperation skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of German an advantage
