THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

• Responsibility for the entire design concept of motorcycles – from the initial sketch to the final product
• Consideration of technical requirements and industrialisation processes in the development of feasible design solutions
• Translation of creative visions into marketable design solutions
• Integration of innovative creative tools such as AI, VR and digital design technologies into the design process
• Realisation of projects in terms of deadlines, costs, quality and design goals
• Close cooperation with product management, engineering and marketing
• Ensuring a consistent brand image across all touchpoints
• Observation of market trends, technologies and competitors for the continuous development of our design language

HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

• Completed degree in product or transportation design
• At least 5 years of professional experience in product design in the automotive or motorcycle industry
• Business fluent written and spoken English, German an advantage
• Confident use of Adobe
• Affinity for motorsport and enthusiasm for motorcycles, motorcycle licence an advantage
• Independent, structured and proactive approach to work
• Creative and reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills, organisational talent and strong conceptual thinking
