THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Take full ownership of the motorcycle design concept — from initial sketch to final product
- Develop feasible design solutions by balancing creative vision with technical requirements and industrialization processes
- Translate bold ideas into market-ready, high-impact design solutions
- Integrate innovative tools like AI, VR, and digital design technologies into the creative workflow
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality and design objectives
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing
- Ensure a consistent brand presence across all design touchpoints
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to continuously evolve our design language
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- Completed degree in product or transportation design
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product design in the automotive or motorcycle industry
- Business fluent written and spoken English, German an advantage
- Confident use of Adobe
- Affinity for motorsport and enthusiasm for motorcycles, motorcycle licence an advantage
- Independent, structured and proactive approach to work
- Creative and reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills, organisational talent and strong conceptual thinking
