Building premium vehicles is only half the battle. Equally important is bringing customers and vehicles together. As a Sales Manager, you will support Sales Management for Europe and work closely with our European sales subsidiaries. You will analyze markets, support sales and budget planning, and contribute to the further development of international sales strategies. THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- support and represent European Sales Management across the entire motorcycle product portfolio
- actively support and help steer our European sales subsidiaries
- prepare sales volume and revenue plans in close collaboration with our European sales subsidiaries
- actively contribute to and support the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- share responsibility for achieving defined KPIs and sales targets
- conduct market and competitor analyses and monitor market developments
- contribute to the development of international sales strategies
- support various projects, organize meetings, and prepare presentations
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- completed university degree (FH/University)
- initial professional experience in international sales
- excellent English language skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- strong MS-Office skills
- active involvement in motorcycling and a valid Category A motorcycle license
- willingness to travel extensively and strong intercultural awareness
- strong customer and service orientation
- communicative, committed, flexible, and internationally minded personality
- independent, self-reliant, and performance-oriented working style
