In motorsport, we always go all in. Every detail matters when it comes to extracting maximum performance from our motorcycles. But before our bikes can achieve success on the racetrack, they must be developed, analyzed, and tested down to the smallest detail, and this is exactly where you come in. In this role, you will be responsible for the structural measurement of MotoGP components and assemblies, develop and define testing procedures, and independently carry out tests. You will analyze and validate test results, prepare meaningful test reports, and make a significant contribution to the quality and performance of our racing components. With your technical expertise and passion for motorsport, you will play a key role in ensuring that our motorcycles deliver top-level performance on the track.
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Structural measurements of MotoGP components and assemblies
- Test procedures definition and development
- Test execution and reporting
- Engineering evaluation of test results, data analysis and validation
- Bench hardware and software maintenance and development
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- successfully completed technical education (apprenticeship or HTL)
- professional experience in calculation, simulation, structural testing, and component measurement is an advantage
- strong passion for motorsport and excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- very good MS-Office skills
- communicative and open-minded personality with a high level of reliability
- team-oriented individual with a hands-on mentality
