The opportunities are endless when you are fearless
To ensure that our motorcycles are 100% READY TO RACE, we put the pedal to the metal in the area of research and development. However, before our motorcycles are launched on the market, they must of course be developed and tested - and this is where you come in! As a Thermodynamics Simulation Engineer, you will develop and optimize engine and powertrain concepts using advanced CFD flow and in-cylinder combustion simulations. You will analyze air and exhaust gas flows, validate simulation results against test bench data, and actively contribute to the further development of our simulation processes. If you are a driven and ambitious professional with a confident and enthusiastic personality, then you have exactly the drive we are looking for!
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Sizing and optimization of engine configurations and peripheral components using 3D CFD tools and/or 1D simulation tools
- Geometry preparation, meshing, simulation, and post-processing of air and exhaust gas flow paths
- Sizing and optimization of subcomponents such as intake and exhaust systems using CFD methods
- Integration and development of future engine and powertrain concepts
- Advancement of in-cylinder simulation methodologies through innovative data processing and the integration of experimental data
- Increasing the level of virtualization in powertrain development through advanced simulation strategies
- Performing in-cylinder combustion simulations for two-stroke and four-stroke engines
- Preparation of reports, documentation, and validation of simulation results with test bench data
