As Lead Enterprise Business Solutions, you will take on a central leadership and design role in the further development of the KTM AG’s enterprise IT solutions. You are responsible for the strategic direction, structure, and advancement of the SAP and enterprise application landscape, providing clear guidance within a complex transformation environment. A key part of your role is also the conceptual and organizational preparation of strategic initiatives, particularly with regard to the company-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation. You act as a connecting leadership personality between business, IT, management, and external partners, creating the foundation for sustainable development and future decision-making.
THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- Functional and organizational leadership for Enterprise Business Solutions (SAP and related enterprise applications) with full responsibility for strategy and design
- Ownership of the functional development of the SAP application landscape
- Definition and continuous refinement of target architectures, roadmaps, and guiding principles for SAP and enterprise solutions
- Active management of demand, priorities, and initiatives, with a strong focus on further development, standardization, and transformation
- Central leadership and coordination role between business departments, IT, management, and external partners
- Conceptual and organizational preparation of the company-wide SAP S/4HANA conversion
- Management of external consulting and implementation partners
- Close alignment with Enterprise Architecture and key stakeholders to ensure a consistent overall enterprise architecture
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- Completed technical or business education (apprenticeship, commercial college, technical college, university, or university of applied sciences) or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of relevant SAP project experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of business processes and their development and implementation in SAP and enterprise applications
- Experience in the conceptual preparation and steering of ERP initiatives
- Initial leadership experience or a strong motivation to take on responsibility and grow into a leadership role
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and organizational skills, combined with a passion for cross-functional collaboration
- Independent work style, structured thinking, drive to shape solutions, and a strong problem-solving mindset
