THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
- planning, coordination and operational management of the rally team to ensure compliance with the racing and testing calendar
- organising and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, hire cars and transfers
- creating, coordinating and managing travel itineraries for around 30 team members
- monitoring travel expenses and maintaining and analysing budget-related data
- creating, maintaining and regularly updating the team booklet
- organising, ordering and managing drivers’ and team kit
- coordinating and processing registrations for drivers, team members and vehicles at events
- acting as the point of contact for sponsors, suppliers, organisers, media representatives, rally clients (Replica) and internal team members
- promoting a positive team culture and strengthening team cohesion
- providing administrative and organisational support to the Team Manager and the entire rally team
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
- completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, university), ideally in the field of sports and event management
- first professional experience in team, event or travel coordination, as well as experience in organising various processes
- comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using digital planning tools
- very good written and spoken English; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage (Italian, Spanish, French)
- willingness to travel internationally and to work on site even under challenging conditions, for example in extreme heat or whilst sleeping in a tent
- a keen enthusiasm for motorsport and a good understanding of the processes and requirements within a professional racing environment
- acommunicative, resilient and flexible personality with a strong service-oriented approach, excellent organisational skills and a hands-on attitude
- a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as the ability to maintain a clear overview even in dynamic situations
- a strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness and a genuine enjoyment of working with a wide variety of international contacts; a team player with the motivation to work together to achieve exceptional results
